1 cup bisquik
3/4 cup almond milk
1 heaping tbs veganaise (vegan mayonnaise)
splash of vanilla
sprinkle of cinnamon
1 ripe banana (optional)
Mix together bisquik, almond milk, veganaise, vanilla, cinnamon, and squish up banana and mix that in too. Add another splash of almond milk if the batter is too thick to pour.
Heat up a small frying pan with a tbs of vegetable oil to coat it. Pour in batter and turn the heat to medium. The pancake only needs to be flipped once and it is ready to flip when bubbles start to cover the surface of the pancake. I prefer to use a small pan and do one pancake at a time. Makes 4 to 6 good sized pancakes. Use smart balance, peanut butter, and syrup to taste.
